Module types/gsplats

GSplats type definitions for luxar-viewer.

These types mirror Python luxar.gsplats and enable type-safe handling of Gaussian splat data throughout the viewer.

GSplats are volumetric primitives representing oriented, anisotropic Gaussian density functions with standard Gaussian falloff.
