Cull metadata computed by the projection's fused output scan
(worker or in-process): AABB of centers3D plus the max Cholesky
row norm over the visible splats. Mirrors the Points
metadata.bounds pattern — when present, the GPU commit uses these
seven scalars instead of re-scanning the arrays on the main thread
(two O(N) loops per commit); when absent, consumers fall back to the
scans. Plain arrays/numbers (not THREE.Box3) so the object
survives the worker structured clone unchanged.
