Empty-buffer placeholder for the points node (pre-fetch placeholder).

Constructs a minimal LoadedPointsData inline rather than routing through createEmptyPointsData() (which needs a full ProjectionContext with chunkIndex); the values that distinguish the two paths (ndim, dtypes) are overwritten on the first successful commit.
