World-space radius used for EVERY point when a points node stores no radii
array.
Both the geometry fill (the per-point radius attribute handed to the shader)
and the world-space footprint the bounding box is padded by read this, so a
radii-less node draws discs of exactly this size.
MIRROR: DEFAULT_POINT_RADIUS in
packages/luxar/src/luxar/typing_utils/constants.py must hold the same
value — the Python writer expands a no-radii chunk's spatial bounds by it, so
that the stored bound is never tighter than the footprint drawn here. Both
sides are pinned by tests that name each other.
