Type Alias Equals<A, B>

Equals: [A] extends [B] ? [B] extends [A] ? true : false : false

Type-level set equality: true only when A and B are the same union. Used to LOCK hand-written attr interfaces to the generated format contract — a key added on one side without the other fails pnpm typecheck.
