Loader types in the system — one per geometry type, named after the
loading STRATEGY rather than the geometry, because that is what the
telemetry means: the three *-spatial-index loaders answer per-slice
range queries, while mesh-whole-node fetches its node once and serves
every later view from memory. So a mesh loader reports loads and
bytesLoaded but no queries / spatialIndex — the honest shape, not a
gap (see MeshWholeNodeLoader).
