Manual DPR slider, and the live DPR/FPS readout rows — moved here from the
Rendering Controls panel (performance is not a rendering concern).
Rebuilt on each open, so it self-syncs from the AdaptiveDPRManager; the
teardown clears the setup's periodic refresh interval.
