Shared dataset-server port + origin for the perf runs.
playwright.perf.config.ts boots the dataset HTTP server on
resolvePerfDataPort(), and every perf-bench spec navigates to the
origin from resolvePerfDataBase(), which embeds that same port.
Deriving both from one place keeps them in lockstep — otherwise a run
started with a non-default LUXAR_PERF_DATA_PORT boots the server on
one port while the specs fetch datasets from a stale (or absent)
:9000 — scenarios then skip, fail, or silently reuse a foreign
document root.
Consumed by playwright.perf.config.ts, line-perf-bench.spec.ts,
gsplat-perf-bench.spec.ts, performance-tracking-perf-bench.spec.ts,
and the isolated slow-link regression server.
