Interface ChipContent

A live chip's content: an optional inline SVG glyph (trusted markup from MONITOR_ICONS), the short text beside it, and the full explanation as a tooltip. The glyph carries what used to be a word (transparent, drawn) so a row of chips stays short; the tooltip is where the meaning lives.
