    Interface SubtreeDisplayProgress

    Aggregate committed display state of a subtree's visible stamped leaves. nodeType is the shared leaf geometry type, or 'mixed' when the subtree blends types (counts across types are not comparable — the gate refuses).

    interface SubtreeDisplayProgress {
        count: number;
        complete: boolean;
        fresh: boolean;
        nodeType: string;
        energy: number | null;
        quality: number | null;
    }
    Index
    count: number

    Sum of the visible stamped leaves' committed element counts.

    complete: boolean

    True iff NO visible leaf carries committedLadderComplete: false.

    fresh: boolean

    True iff every visible stamped leaf is stamped for version (vacuously true when version is null — freshness untracked).

    nodeType: string

    Shared leaf type (points / lines / gsplats) or 'mixed'.

    energy: number | null

    Committed energy fraction of the subtree, aggregated as the reference_energy-weighted mean of the visible non-empty leaves' committedEnergyFraction stamps (disjoint regions ⇒ L² energy is additive, so w-weighting makes per-leaf fractions comparable). null when ANY contributing leaf lacks the energy stamp or its static level_stats.reference_energy weight — a partially stamped subtree falls back whole to count comparison (never blend measured and guessed). Known-empty leaves (count 0) are excluded from the mean, mirroring the registry's known-empty display guard.

    quality: number | null

    Displayed-quality estimate q = Q·e aggregated like energy, where Q is each leaf's measured level_stats.quality (its COMPLETE quality vs its lod group's finest content). null when any contributing leaf has no measured Q — never blend measured quality with a guessed perfect level. Purely informational for the layers-panel / data-monitor readouts; the gate's release rule uses energy alone.
