    applyPartialExtendTolerance: boolean

Whether deriveNodeViewState applies the partial-extend tolerance for this kind. Lines opt out: their segment bounds already encode the non-displayed extent, so applying it again double-counts during clipping.

Sourced from PARTIAL_EXTEND_TOLERANCE, never restated. The separate no-runtime-import module lets leaf handlers read one boolean without pulling in every node loader and loader factory. Twelve call sites used to hardcode the boolean instead; they all read the table now.
