The subset of evictions forced by the byte budget (PoolStats .byteBudgetEvictions). Kept distinct because only this one means the pool
went over its VRAM budget and shed pooled geometry — including levels the
LOD registry had demoted from active — to get back under it, which makes
what stayed resident a property of the machine; ordinary LRU recycling of
released buffers says nothing at all. See the PoolStats field doc for
what it does NOT prove.
Minimal byte-stats shape surfaced from the GPU buffer pool. Mirrors a subset of
PoolStatsso the debug UI doesn't need to import the full type from the rendering module.
