Interface CachingStoreGetOptions

Fetch-gate class of a network read this call triggers. Defaults to demand, or speculative for a suppressPrefetch (prefetcher) read. A caller loading a finer level of something already on screen passes refinement.

A prefetch read (the chunk prefetcher's, or an L0 warm-up's miss): not counted in the demand statistics and fans out no further prefetch.
