  Display name (e.g. 'runGSplatsRefinement').

  Geometry label used by the no-progress warning.
- degradedState: "showing reduced detail" | "showing a partial surface"
  User-visible description after refinement gives up.
- run: (wiring: RefinementRunWiring) => Promise<void>
  Adapter that invokes the type-specific runX with the given wiring and returns its promise.
