Mock zarr array descriptor — the minimal shape zarr.open returns that the loaders care about (shape + dtype + optional attrs).
Parameters
- shape: number[]
- dtype: string = 'float32'
- attrs: object = {}
Returns { shape: number[]; dtype: string; attrs: object }
