The non-graph material state the factory derives from the mode
(toneMapped + blending). Exported so a wrapper taking its graph from a
shared build (shared-graph-tsl.ts) applies the same state to itself.
This tail is the ONLY blending-state writer at TSL construction (the
wrapper's ctor never calls applyBlendingMode, unlike the GLSL twin) AND it
re-runs on every rebuildGraph, so it must derive the state from the same mode
the graph's emission branch used.
