coordinator's dataset-switch teardown and dispose — its releaseAllNodes /
dispose), or EVERY one when no owner is given (module-state reset in
tests). Filtering on the owner rather than on the coordinator's current
node list also catches an apply whose geometry no longer belongs to any of
its nodes, without touching another coordinator's streams on the same page.
Each abandoned ordering's onAbandoned fires (issue #713). The matching
entries are removed BEFORE any hook runs, so a hook can never observe a
half-cleared map or re-enter the sweep.
