Narrower than isZippedStoreUrl on purpose. Suffix matching is fine for
ROUTING a URL the user explicitly asked for — they said .zip, so try to open
it and fail loudly if it holds no store. It is wrong for DISCOVERY: marking
every results.zip in a directory listing as a dataset gives it a ZARR badge
and a click that dies with "does not contain a zarr store". serving.py's JSON
listing already restricts to .zarr.zip; this keeps the HTML/PROPFIND
fallbacks agreeing with it.
