Serialize a value with object keys sorted recursively, so two encodings of
the same attributes compare equal regardless of key order.
The hash-less baseline is taken from the attrs the loader read (which come
from the store's CONSOLIDATED metadata when the dataset has any), while a
probe reads the raw .zattrs. zarr writes both key-sorted today, but scene
identity must not hinge on that.
