A tab title derived from a dataset URL's file name, or null when the URL
does not name a store (a bare server root like http://127.0.0.1:8000, say,
whose last path segment is a host:port).
The browser-side twin of luxar.cli.utils.dataset_title, which is what
spells ?title= for the initially served dataset. This one covers what the
server cannot: the dataset the user picks in the viewer's own browser modal,
and the store a URL still names in ?src= after the stale ?title= has
been dropped (a reloaded or shared post-switch link).
It is deliberately stricter — the server knows it was handed a dataset path,
whereas here an unrecognized name is better left to the page title.
