Clear the movement/look state a key was driving on keyup. W/S clear both
their forward/back and up/down components (covering an Alt release mid-hold),
A/D and Q/E clear their axes, Shift releases speed boost, and arrow keys
zero the matching look axis. Dispatches change. Runs even while disabled,
so a key held when the controls were disabled is not left latched.
