The query that says which rows "belong to" a waypoint (SOUND_SPEC.md §3.1,
§4.3): the waypoint's when clause rewritten as a slab. A named dimension
becomes the clause's centre and half-width (an exact value admits ±0.5 like
the overlay rule; a [min, max] range its midpoint and half-range); every
other hidden dimension admits anything. Displayed dimensions are ignored by
the kernel, as always. Running the SAME kernel as computeRowAudibility
keeps extend_to_all and the inverse nd_transform in force for triggers
too, so the third use of the when vocabulary agrees with the first two.
