Class MockZarrArrayBuilder

Output of MockZarrArrayBuilder.build().

[builders OOS] Pre-fix build() returned any — call sites had zero TypeScript guard against missing fields, typos, or shape drift in the mock surface. The audit flagged this as a real type-safety regression because the builder is used as a dependency in many test files (every consumer of zarr loader tests).

Exported separately from the class so call sites can annotate const arr: MockZarrArray = new MockZarrArrayBuilder()...build() if they want a tight reference, even though the inferred type is already strict.
