A fault with the CONTAINER itself, as opposed to one missing member.
Lives in the cache layer, not next to the reader that raises it, for the same
reason ArchiveByteReader does: src/cache sits below src/data, so
the source cannot import a concrete reader to recognise its errors. data
imports this downward instead.
The distinction is load-bearing. A missing chunk is a normal undefined that
zarrita fills; an unreadable container must surface, or a misconfigured
server renders an empty scene and the crafted remedy never reaches anyone.
